When dropping off my car was told will be done by 3 days There was no communication for 2 days. When I called at the end of the 2nd day was told the parts are ordered and car will be done in next 4 days. But third day I got a call saying car will be ready in the evening. Went there to pick up was told to pay $500 in cash. credit card will add 3% more. He said the machine is charging that 3% extra. They would not take a cheque. I reluctantly paid and walked out. Looking back I strongly think there were no parts. Just correcting the dents and painting it.

I was involved in a 5 vehicle accident (someone hit a vehicle, and tried to run , hitting 3 other vehicles before mine). After GEICO inspected my vehicle, he recommended that I bring to TNS on Forest Av. From the moment I arrived at the shop, Andrew (also his name) saw the damaged, and guide me through the steps of how to repair. They are a GEICO claims shop (as well as other car insurance companies). I even received text messages, as well as phone calls from Andrew and TNS on the progress of my repair. He even asked that if it took too long for the repair. They called me on Saturday the 8 of Aug, to let me know that my vehicle is ready. I am so grateful for them. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I was sent to TNS by my auto insurance after a crash & it was a great experience. Turn around time was less than i expected, you can see from the pictures it looks brand new. 10/10 would recommend. Terry is great, awesome customer service. They even had coffee for customers and the bathroom was very clean LOL. Thanks again guys

I had my first auto accident ever (43 years driving) last month and didn't even know where to start. I thought I would go out of pocket until I realized the damage was in the thousand$$. I checked out 4-5 different shops and TNS was one of the few that gave me a reasonable estimate. Terry took the time to explain to me in detail all that was required to make my girl whole and new again. He patiently explained the work to be done, the cost and scope of the work and how to navigate the insurance process (he did most of the work for me!). He also made arrangements with Enterprise to have me picked up and dropped off when the car was ready. He finished the car on schedule, as promised and gave my girl a detailed cleaning both inside and out. The shop itself is clean and the waiting are is also very clean and comfortable. Everyone who works there is professional, polite, kind and very accommodating. My car looks beautiful and my experience was 5 star fantastic!!

TNS did an amazing job fixing my car. It’s like it never happened, their attention to details in making the car look like new is unbelievable, I’m very pleased with their work. The service is great, you walk into a welcoming environment, everyone is very attentive to your needs. When I picked up my car it looked like a beautiful bright shiny white pearl. I was very excited with the results. I highly recommend TNS, their work is incredible.
